She received her bachelor's degree from the University of South Florida and a Master's degree in Public Administration from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey. She has worked in several industries over the past 11 years and has experience in customer service, office management and research administration.
Cathryn has the innate ability to respond to the needs of her diverse clientele and resolve the problems that they may be having difficulty with in their organization.
